2009.03.27 Checking out Blue Leaf/Caterer Hunt

Maya and I had our first food tasting at Culliere in the Fort in Late March. We were invited by the caterer to visit their setup of the Blue Leaf Events Pavilion just to check it out.

Here's a shot of a typical table layout. The people getting married that evening opted for a buffet, but the table setting was a little crowded for me.

Had to take a shot of their dessert table. I liked how the little pastries were all lined up with geometric precision.

I think this is the wedding cake.

Another shot of the table settings. I don't know about you, but this makes me feel a little claustrophobic.

We're headed to another food-tasting on April 15. I'll post a few thoughts and pics after that too.
